1. Acceptance of Terms and Age Requirements

By creating an account, acquiring tokens, or accessing Rodo (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the AI Service and Disclaimers

Rodo provides AI-powered search, conversational agents, and automated task execution. Due to the probabilistic nature of artificial intelligence, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Accuracy is Not Guaranteed: The Service may generate outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
  • No Professional Advice: Outputs generated by the Service do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

  • Complete Ownership: Rodo retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all underlying technology. Furthermore, we claim absolute ownership over all text, documents, data, and prompts you submit to the Service (“Inputs”), as well as all content, text, and data generated by the Service in response (“Outputs”).
  • Limited License to You: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Outputs strictly for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not sell, license, or commercially distribute the Outputs without our express written permission.
  • Similarity of Outputs: The Service may generate the same or similar Outputs for other users. You have no exclusive rights to any generated content.

4. Third-Party Links, Recommendations, and Purchases

The Service may generate Outputs that recommend third-party products, services, or websites.

  • No Endorsement: We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any third-party product or service recommended by our AI models.
  • No Liability for Purchases: If you choose to visit a third-party website or make a purchase based on data, search results, or recommendations generated by the Service, you do so entirely at your own risk. Rodo is not a party to any transaction between you and a third party and shall not be held liable for any defects, financial losses, shipping issues, or disputes arising from your reliance on our AI’s outputs.

5. AI Model Training and Data Usage

Because we own all Inputs and Outputs, we maintain the unrestricted right to use this data for any purpose. This explicitly includes using your Inputs and Outputs to train, fine-tune, and enhance our artificial intelligence models and algorithms. Your data may also be transmitted to third-party AI providers via API to generate responses.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Generate or distribute illegal, obscene, or highly regulated content.
  • Generate malicious code, malware, or engage in automated cyberattacks.
  • Attempt to bypass our safety filters, reverse-engineer the underlying models, or scrape our databases.

7. Tokens, Billing via PayPal, and Expiration

  • Free Exploration Tokens: We provide new users with a complimentary allocation of free tokens to explore and test the Service’s capabilities.
  • Purchasing Tokens: Once your free tokens are depleted, you will be prompted to purchase additional tokens to continue using the Service. All payments are securely processed through PayPal.
  • Delivery: Tokens are digital goods and are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation from PayPal.
  • Non-Refundable: Because digital tokens grant immediate access to computational resources, all token purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.
  • Two-Year Expiration: Purchased tokens must be used within two (2) years from the date of purchase. Any unused tokens remaining in your account after this two-year period will be permanently voided and will expire without compensation.

8. Chargebacks and Dispute Policy

Rodo strives to provide immediate, high-quality access to digital goods. Before filing a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or your financial institution, you agree to contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. Because tokens are delivered instantly and consumed dynamically, we strictly investigate all chargebacks. Filing a fraudulent, unauthorized, or bad-faith chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Rodo account, the forfeiture of any remaining token balance, and potential dispute challenges filed through PayPal’s Seller Protection framework.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on any AI-generated Output, or any third-party purchases you make. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for tokens in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rodo, its affiliates, and its officers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any Inputs you submit that infringe upon the rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law, Severability, and Entire Agreement

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rodo regarding the use of the Service.
